Director of Development
The Director of Development is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing Step-Up’s major development efforts to include grant writing, foundation and corporate donations, and individual donor fundraising. The Director works closely with the President and CEO and Board of Directors in all development and fundraising activities. HepLink Care Coordinator
The HepLink Care Coordinators provides care coordination/linkage to care services to people who are living with Hepatitis C (HCV) in Indiana.
Connections Plus Community Navigator
The Connections Plus Community Navigator provides education and resources to people who are at risk for HIV/HCV and STDs through referral to Step-Up’s PrEP program or other appropriate prevention resources. The navigator will address unmet need(s) reported by a client through referring the client to in-house and external resources, including food, housing, transportation, and other social determinants of health resources.
